Magnetic Chip Conveyor

Magnetic belt conveyors  offer a low-maintenance option for the transportation of ferrous materials, including small chips, fines, small components, and stamped blocks.

These conveyors are designed with a fully enclosed, submersible, and waterproof structure. The magnets positioned beneath the stainless steel skids effectively attract ferrous materials and particles, transporting them up the incline. With no external moving parts, magnetic conveyors present a safe and easy-to-maintain solution.

The magnetic force of the strong magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet material is used to adsorb the chips on the working magnetic plate of the chip removal machine, or the iron chips in the oil and the emulsion in the form of particles, powders and the length of ≤100 mm are adsorbed and separated, and transported to the specified chip collecting box. It is the most suitable model for conveying small debris such as short roll chips, fine iron chips and cast iron chips. The amount of chip removal can be adjusted by changing the conveying speed and magnetic plate width. Production can be customized according to customer needs.
